Information we collect

We may collect information you enter into Montaureo, including profile preferences, country and lifestyle criteria, name, email address, telephone number and consultation requests. We also collect technical data such as device information, IP address, cookies, referral source and usage analytics.

How we use information

Information is used to operate and secure the platform, generate requested comparisons, provide subscriptions, respond to enquiries, measure performance, prevent abuse and improve Montaureo. We do not sell personal data.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Montaureo does not receive or store complete payment-card details. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms.

AI services

Prompts necessary to generate requested results may be processed by contracted AI service providers. Users must not submit passports, bank statements, medical records or other highly sensitive documents through the AI interface.

Analytics and advertising

We may use Google Analytics and advertising measurement tools to understand visits and campaign performance. These providers may set cookies subject to applicable consent requirements and their own policies.

Legal basis and retention

Depending on the context, processing is based on performance of a requested service, consent, legal obligations or legitimate interests in operating and securing the platform. Data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes and applicable legal requirements.

Sharing and international transfers

Data may be shared with hosting, analytics, payment, email and AI providers strictly as needed to deliver the service. Providers may process data outside your country with appropriate contractual or legal safeguards where required.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
